Change of Name
Stadium entry tickets (both single-match tickets and season tickets) are personal and may therefore only be used by the person whose name is printed on them. However, you can transfer your ticket or season ticket to a third party by following this procedure:
- Select the match for which you wish to use the Change of Name service
- In the change of name section, tick the following option: “Paper ticket / company season ticket change”
- Enter the fiscal seal of the season ticket or ticket (The fiscal seal is a control code found on the ticket after the letters SF. or S.F.; it is alphanumeric and must be exactly 16 characters long.)
- On the second screen, enter the details of the person to whom the season ticket is being transferred
Finally, print the receipt and bring it with you on matchday, together with the season ticket or paper ticket (to pass through the turnstiles) and your own identity document. This will allow you to enter the stadium.
